This mattress is used for the maintenance of skin health; it aids in the healing of stage I-II pressure injuries (redness or superficial skin wounds). This mattress features a high-density polyurethane foam base, memory foam core and an incorporated foam perimeter border for help with transfers and ADLs. The G1 Dual Zone offers a 1.5” mattress gel insert to target protection to the coccyx area with the reduction of peak pressure points. This helps to reduce skin tension and provides protection from shear when beds are articulated or elevated. It also protects the heel area with a .75” pillow top gel insert for pressure relief, reduction of friction and shear and healing of stage I-II pressure injuries.

“The best of both worlds”. This mattress is used for the maintenance of skin health; people with some degree of mobility and who have lower risk of skin breakdown. The mattress combines the comfort and pressure reduction of memory foam with the durability and temperature regulation of gel. It features a dual-density foam base for added immersion and support and a foam border for aiding in transfers and ADLs. The two-inch topper is made of gel-infused memory foam, manufactured in a unique process to deliver unparalleled comfort and wound prevention. The gel infusion controls the temperature retention qualities of the memory foam, reducing body heat and decreasing perspiration, which reduces the risk of skin maceration.

“Unique, innovative and specialized protection”.  This mattress is used for the maintenance of skin health; the prevention and treatment of stage I-IV pressure injuries. This system utilizes three modalities of therapy to treat pressure injuries. First, low air loss technology with a high flow rate provides pressure and moisture management for the treatment of pressure injuries. Second, advanced 3-1 alternation provides active pressure relief: for every three cells, one cell alternates in deflation, off-loading pressure on the body and ensuring 2/3 of the body is always supported at any time. Third, for people who cannot tolerate alternation, pulsation provides a gentler means of increasing blood flow through the entire body, while fully supporting the body under all 18 cells for optimum comfort.

The Dolphin Fluid Immersion Simulation® (FIS) System is an advanced therapy system designed to provide state-of-the-art pressure redistribution by simulating the effects of a body immersed in a fluid medium. The Dolphin System automatically measures the specific characteristics of the individual patient as they engage the support surface creating an individualized immersion profile that creates a near neutral buoyant state. The Dolphin FIS System delivers three-dimensional volumetric engagement and eliminates gradient shear forces, leading to positive outcomes for flaps, grafts, and pressure ulcers. The Dolphin technology provides minimal tissue deformation, while maintaining near normal blood flow leading to improved tissue perfusion and wound healing.

The P.R.O. Matt® Plus is a non-powered mattress replacement system featuring our Pressure Redistribution Optimization (P.R.O.) Technology. With the addition of an optional control unit, the mattress provides powered immersion or alternating pressure therapy, allowing facilities to use one mattress for both pressure ulcer prevention and treatment.

The unique P.R.O. Technology design requires no adjustments or manual inflation. The mattress features a sophisticated internal hosing and valve system that is invisible to the caregiver and patient, but enables the surface to automatically adjust to each patient’s weight and body profile.
